Yes! Every piece is handmade by me, Jac, and no two are exactly alike. Once it's sold, it's gone — which makes each piece extra special.

How long does shipping take?

Australian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. I carefully pack every order to make sure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I care for my jewellery?

To keep your piece looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in the pouch or box it came in.

What is your return policy?

As each piece is handmade and one of a kind, I don't accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If there's an issue, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.
